Job Description:

To support the dimsum kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation and production of dimsum items efficiently and consistently, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction in line with company standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least 5 year of experience in a Chinese dimsum preparation.
- Familiar with basic dimsum production techniques (e.g. steaming, folding, shaping).
- Able to lead a small team, delegate tasks, and maintain high productivity during peak hours
- Capable of training junior staff on dimsum production methods
- Good communication, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and good sense of taste/texture.
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to be place in Jabodetabek
