Job Description:

To assist cooks in preparing food ingredients and support the leader cook in food preparation and cooking processes, taking responsibility for designated cooking sections to maintain high production efficiency and consistent food quality.

Requirements:

- Minimum high school graduate (culinary training or certification is an advantage)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook.
- Willing to perform basic prep work: washing, cutting, marinating, etc.
- Familiar with cooking techniques, especially in Asian or Chinese cuisine.
- Able to multitask and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, food storage, and safety procedures.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
