1. Winners must have a valid passport.

2. Winners must submit a complete personal data to imperial group

3. Winners will have to be willing to share the copy rekening koran to the Imperial Group to arrange documents abroad

4. Winners are allowed to invite one person (could be partner/family/anyone)

5. Winners will have to follow the the terms and conditions

• Imperial Group Do Not Assume the fee as follows
  • Airport Tax & Fuel Surcharge International
  • Costs for Making Travel Documents such as Passports, Visas and Others
  • Personal expenses, such as Mini Bars, Telephone, Room Service, Laundry, Food Additions outside the event
  • Optional Tour
  • Travel Insurance in accordance with the conditions desired by the Embassy of the Country visited.
  • excess Baggage
  • Import Duty for Goods subject to Customs Duty by Custom in Indonesia and in the Countries visited
  • Additional Cost (Single Supplement) for participants who occupy 1 own room
  • Tips for Local Guides, Local Drivers, Tour Leaders and Porter Hotels & Airports
  • Flight ticket costs from the city of origin to Jakarta, because all gifts given are from JAKARTA.
• This program does not apply to employees and relatives of the Imperial Group
• The organizer has the right to change the provisions, if deemed necessary, without any notice
• The organizer, according to his own judgment, has the right to disqualify Participants and Winners who do not fulfill and or violate and or are suspected of cheating on this provision
• If there is a statement and or implementation of the provisions found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then the point does not affect other provisions to remain valid
• Announcement of winners is final and cannot be contested
• Winners MUST fill out the personal data information completely and validly
• Winners MUST have an active telephone number and can be contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted for verification purposes up to a maximum of 3 (three) days after the announcement of the winner takes place, the organizer will declare the prize forfeited immediately and the winner is not entitled to claim in the future
• The Trip Winner is required to document vacation moments (10 images and 1 video) which must be submitted to the Imperial Group by mention or tag our social media. And the Image & Video will be the property of the Imperial Group to be disseminated on various platforms for publication purposes.
• Prizes cannot be transferred in any way whether they are represented, transferred or cashed.
• Your trip will start between March – April 2019
